Exhibit Reservations are done in 4 Rounds.
Following is an explanation of the process:
Round 1 – Previous Year Exhibitors Sign Up
- All 2019 EVOLUTION exhibitors will be offered an opportunity to exhibit at 2020 EVOLUTION.
- Exhibitors from the previous year will receive an emailed invitation to Exhibit and given a 45-day window to secure the exhibit – giving them first opportunity to secure their same exhibit space
- Your 2019 booth balance must be paid in full to be eligible for inclusion in Round 1 of 2020 EVOLUTION space assignments
- Each exhibitor must complete the online Exhibit Reservation Process to exhibit within the 45 day window
- If a Senior Exhibitor would like to move their location, they can chose to be contacted to move in Round 2
- Booth payment is expected within 45 days of the online Exhibit Reservation. An invoice is emailed immediately upon completion of the Reservation
- As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan
Round 2 – Senior Exhibitor Move
In Round 2 Senior Exhibitors from Round 1 will be given the opportunity to review any unsecured exhibit locations and move their exhibit.
- After the 45 days in Round 1 have expired, any Exhibitor that selected to be notified to move their exhibit will be contacted on the basis of seniority (the number of continuous years a company exhibits at the EVOLUTION)
- Round 1 Exhibitors will be given 10 days to review the open locations and request a new location
- The online Exhibitor Map can be reviewed at any time to monitor open locations at See Exhibit Hall Map
- As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan
Round 3 – New Patrons and Sponsor Exhibit Selection
In Round 3 New Patrons and Sponsors will be given the opportunity to select exhibit locations
- C4/EVOLUTION staff will contact each company, based on Seniority, via e-mail to provide coordinate the assignment of booth space
- New Patrons & Sponsors will be given 10 days to review the open locations and chose an exhibit space
- The online Exhibitor Map can be reviewed at any time to monitor open locations See Exhibit Hall Map
- As each company selects a booth location, the assignment will be posted on the online floor plan
Round 4 – Waiting List Exhibit Selection
In Round 4 new exhibitors from the waiting list will be contacted to review any remaining exhibit locations and secure an exhibit for EVOLUTION.
- C4/EVOLUTION staff will contact each company via e-mail to provide coordinate the assignment of booth space
- Round 4 Exhibitors are contacted based on the date you were added to the Waiting List
