Exhibitor Fees

The cost for a 8’ x 5’ exhibit space (no pipe & drape) is $2,000.
Included in your space:

  • 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, and carpet
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations
  • Dedicated exhibit hall hours
  • Attendee access through the Exhibitors online event community before and after the conference dates
  • Listing on EVOLUTION Web site
  • Listing on large on-site Exhibitor banner
  • Recognition in on-site program
  • Note: electricity is an additional cost

**Please note that exhibits taken down early may not receive priority exhibit space assignment for the following year.
